After the contract has been processed, your data will be deleted unless there are statutory retention obligations. In this case, this data will be stored for up to 10 years. Bank data provided will be deleted after revocation of the direct debit authorization, successful payment of the course fee or, in the case of standing direct debit mandates, 36 months after the last use.

Museum shop/order form

The data requested when making a purchase via the museum store is used to carry out pre-contractual measures and to fulfill the contract. A distinction is made here between data that must be provided (marked with an asterisk) and data that must be provided voluntarily. No contract can be concluded without the mandatory data (data records).

We request your landline or mobile phone number in our legitimate interest to be able to contact you immediately in the event of order delays. If you do not provide us with this data, we may not be able to contact you in time. The other voluntary information will also be used to execute the contract.

The data you provide will be stored electronically and deleted after the statutory retention periods. Failure to provide voluntary data has no effect on the fulfillment of the contract.
